Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that change of mind does not provide grounds for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, We will assist in organising for the product to be returned back to us. If the product has a tamper-proof seal or sealed plastic wrapping, it must be intact and undamaged. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer pays for return postage. If return postage is not paid by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Even though Coins & Collectables Victoria will provide all possible care, Please note that Coins & Collectables Victoria is not liable for any expenses incurred by the customer due to delays in shipping, product replacements, refunds, damages or other unfortunate situations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened, digital items, sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any fees incurred by Coins & Collectables Victoria in the process of returning and refunding the stock (ie. futile pickup charges) . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please contact us for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Coins & Collectables Victoria provides no separate warranty.
All purchases made through the Site are subject to availability. We do our best to keep the Site up to date with the availability of products.
We reserve the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that we have previously accepted, including where there is a considerable delay in dispatching your order, including any Pre-Order, if for any reason we cannot supply the products you order (for example for an event beyond our reasonable control) or if products ordered were subject to an error on our Site (for example in relation to a description, price or image). We will contact you using the details you provided when you placed your order.
We have tried our best to ensure our website is accurate however it is possible that an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, product changes, availability or price variations.
